As always, I like to post this week's VIP Track of the week before the show. Here is today's musical treat from Laura Mvula and a song called 'Father, Father'.
She is an incredible and unique artist with a beautiful voice. This acoustic performance of 'Father, Father' is similar to her performance on BBC Radio 1xtra for the Sound of 2013 show case (which she finished in 4th place).
Previous tracks of hers include 'Sing To The Moon' and 'Green Garden' (both of which have been played on this show!), and in October 2013, Mvula won awards for best female act and best R&B or soul artist at the 2013 MOBO Awards. (CONGRATUALTIONS!!!)
